Yes, the service has been designed with mid-term rentals providers in mind. It’s easy to implement, doesn’t require any changes in the current key holding system, and works with any type of keys and doors. KeyNest is able to hold any number of keys in the Points, some of our clients use the service to securely pass hundreds of keys a month.
Yes - our KeyNest Points are totally secure by design! Always stored anonymously, keys in our regular stores will only be handled by trained staff, and most locations have the security cameras installed too. We make sure every tenant enjoys their key pick up experience. We train and vet every KeyNest Point staff member, and monitor the store’s performance and reviews daily. The staff at the store can introduce the tenant to the local area, direct them to the local landmarks or give tips on living in the neighbourhood. KeyNest check-ins are extremely quick and easy, our clients routinely get better reviews on KeyNets check-ins than in-office key pickups.
The tenant will receive an email with the details - including the full address of the Point and opening hours. You can make the tenant experience even better by using the KeyNest Magic Link - the tenant will then receive a picture of the storefront of the Point, as well as a live key status update. In case the tenant doesn’t speak English, all they have to do is to show their collection code to the shopkeeper.
